With well over a decade of experience working in talent acquisition alongside leading organisations, including The National Basketball Association (NBA), City Football Group (Manchester City F.C.), Boccia, Racing Post, TransferRoom and BT Sport, Tom brings a deep passion for sport and a proven track record of connecting exceptional global talent with the teams shaping the game.
