Our Story
Transfers in Sport was founded by Tom, a talent acquisition leader with over a decade of experience working inside some of the world’s most recognised sports institutions, including the NBA, City Football Group, and the Rugby World Cup.
Through this experience, Tom saw the limits of traditional recruitment. Too often, hiring was rushed, reactive, or misaligned. He believed sports organisations deserved a better partner—one who truly understood their pace, culture, and ambitions.
